CANCELLATIONS: Online orders may ONLY be cancelled (for a full refund) PRIOR TO BEING SHIPPED.
RETURNS & REFUNDS: Online Orders may be returned only with a RMA number. After your order has been shipped, you may request a Return Authorization Number by using our Contact Form. Refunds will be processed within 48-72 hours of receiving your return.
SHIPPING: Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer and no collect (or postage due) return shipments will be accepted. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
